Love Being Rewarded?

Since we first launched ‘Rider Rewards’ nearly twelve months ago, more than 32,000 customers have taken advantage and have been saving themselves money by collecting and spending their  ‘Rider Reward’ points online. Rider Rewards are our way to thank you for making your equestrian purchases with us. For every £1 you spend via our website, you’ll earn 5 points which can be redeemed against future purchases on our site. It’s easy to convert: 1 point = 1p. How It Works Unlike other points programmes, you have the choice to either pay for the value of your items using only your points, or you can split your payment between your points and conventional methods. You have the ability to view and manage your points through your customer account. Here you’ll be able to view how many points you have and how much they’re worth, when your points will expire and historic records of how points have been acquired, redeemed and lost. Can You Use Rider Rewards To Pay For The Whole Order? Rider Rewards can only be redeemed against the value of the items in your order. Any delivery charges that your order incurs need to be paid by your Paypal or credit/debit card as usual. Points are awarded for every pound you spend so even the VAT on your order will earn you points to redeem against future purchases. How Long Do Points Last? Rider Reward points expire one year after the date they were earned. If you have points that are about to expire, you’ll be sent an email before their expiry date so that you don’t miss the chance to use them!
